What kind of meal plan do you provide?

All meals are homemade. We offer both spicy and non-spicy options to accommodate different taste preferences.

How do nap times work?

Children are never forced to sleep. If a child does not want to nap, they may participate in quiet activities during rest time.

How much outdoor play time do children get?

Children enjoy at least 60 minutes of outdoor play each day. We also go outside in the rain when appropriate, so please ensure your child has suitable clothing.

Do you offer pick-up and drop-off services?

Yes, pick-up and drop-off are available for families within a 10-minute commute. Gas costs will need to be compensated.

What is your policy on screen time?

We keep screen time limited. At most, children may have up to 45 minutes of screen time per day, depending on the day’s activities and schedule.

Do you provide school transportation?

Yes, we provide transportation for students attending Sunset Elementary.

Do you offer homework help?

Yes, we provide tutoring and homework help for children in Kindergarten through 5th grade.

What ages do you accept?

We welcome children from newborn to 13 years old.

How do you handle allergies?

Parents must provide detailed allergy information and any necessary alternative foods or care plans. Allergy alerts are displayed with the child’s picture and allergen listed on our board for staff awareness. We are a nut-free facility.

What is your policy on illness and medication?

If your child has diarrhea, vomiting, a high fever, or persistent coughing, they will need to stay home that day. This helps ensure the health and safety of all children in our care.

What should my child bring each day?

Parents should send a backpack with essentials such as extra clothes, weather-appropriate gear, diapers or wipes (if needed), and any personal comfort items.

Do children need to be potty trained?

No. We welcome children at different developmental stages and work with families on potty training when children are ready.

What happens during bad weather?

We still prioritize outdoor play when it is safe to do so. Please send children with proper rain jackets, boots, or warm clothing depending on the weather.
